Announcement of disciplinary decision:
- Must post College provided signs in all waiting rooms and examination rooms advising patients of his Practice Monitor requirement
- Will have a practice monitor present for the entirety of all patient encounters.
- Will refrain from discussing religion and politics with patients, during encounters, and to avoid using terminology and humour that is potentially of a sexually suggestive nature while providing treatment and care.
