Must complete medical record keeping training approved by the Committee prior to returning to practice.
Must not contact any agent of the College by any means regarding the Professional Conduct matter, except the Investigation Lead contact in the Department of Professional Conduct assigned to his file.
Will not prescribe any medications monitored by the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Program in addition to the “Z class drugs.
Required to notify the College of all practice locations in advance of scheduling shifts.
Must only see a maximum of four patients per hour and work a maximum of eight hours per day.
Must post a College sign in the waiting room and examination rooms advising patients of prescribing restriction.
