Announcement of disciplinary decision:
- Must limit all new treatments of monitored drugs, (excluding benzodiazepines) to a maximum supply of 30 days per fill. This applies to the initial prescription as well as all refills for these patients.
- A notice of prescribing restrictions to be posted in the office practice waiting room in a place visible to all patients, at all times while holding a licence to practise medicine.
