Will not video or audio record patient encounters.
A Practice Monitor must be present for all patient encounters from beginning to end. The Practice Monitor will be a licenced healthcare professional, in good standing and approved by the College.
Must post College provided signs in all waiting rooms and examination rooms advising patients of his Practice Monitor requirement
Will not destroy video or audio recordings of patient encounters.
Will not dispense medication to any patient.
Hours shall not extend past 9:00 PM on any weeknight and shall not extend past 5:00 PM on any weekend day. May conduct phone calls with patients after these specified hours, on the condition that he does not schedule these meetings as a matter of routine and the matters discussed require immediate follow up that cannot wait until the next available approved hours.
Cannot treat staff except during a medical emergency.
Cannot provide psychotherapy other than the usual counseling for non-psychological purposes that is an integral part of family medicine
