• Condition:Will not video or audio record patient encounters.
• Condition:A Practice Monitor must be present for all patient encounters from beginning to end. The Practice Monitor will be a licenced healthcare professional, in good standing and approved by the College.
• Condition:Must post College provided signs in all waiting rooms and examination rooms advising patients of his Practice Monitor requirement
