Announcement of disciplinary decision:
- Will not practice in primary care setting.
- Will not initiate new treatment of opioids or benzodiazepines to any patient but may refill current treatment initiated by this physician.
- May prescribe opioids and benzodiazepines in the Emergency Department setting for emergent care only. These prescriptions are limited to a maximum dose/amount and are not intended for ongoing treatment.
