Announcement of disciplinary decision:
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that by the decision rendered February 2, 2016 and an Addendum Decision rendered June 3, 2016, the Investigation Committee approved an agreement between the College and Dr. Mohsen Yavari. The agreement states that Dr. Yavari’s licence to practise medicine was revoked effective February 16, 2016. The agreement also permits Dr. Yavari to apply for the reinstatement of his Defined Licence after the expiration of a minimum period of 4 months, if all criteria for the issuing of a Defined Licence are met View further decision details
