Announcement of disciplinary decision:
- Practice is restricted to the North Street Family Health Clinic, Pessary Clinic at the Southshore Regional Hospital and the Medical Arts Building in Bridgewater.
- Scope of practice restricted to Family Medicine.
- Cannot practise in an Emergency Department or in a Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC).
- Cannot provide intra-partum obstetrical care.
